Greenlight Mortgages – Fee Statement
We typically charge a client fee of up £1,000 or 3% of the loan amount, whichever is the lesser, and this may include an instruction fee payable on application. For example on a loan of £500,000 we could charge a fee of £705 plus an instruction fee of £295. Our maximum fee is £1,000 or 3%, and there is no minimum fee.
Our instruction fee is payable on application and the client fee is payable on offer: the instruction fee on application would cover the work in sourcing the mortgage and applying on your behalf and the client fee on offer to cover the work in securing the mortgage offer and progressing this mortgage through to completion.
